Myrtle Beach,South Carolina is one of the most popular travel
destinations in the U.S. and Canada, and is also becoming a favorite for
foreign travelers. One of the main reasons for this surge in popularity is that Myrtle Beach offers
so many activities at affordable prices for people of all ages.
One important draw is the 9 miles of
wide, sandy beach which sits on the lovely blue-green Atlantic
Ocean. Many travelers (from toddlers to seniors!) love to
walk, run, jog, sunbathe, and party on the beach, swim in the ocean, collect
seashells, build sandcastles,and, my
favorite, fishing from the shore.
There are plenty of affordable accommodations in MB--with the best deal being to rent a private home, condo, or cottage. The bigger the group, the better the savings: You can split the cost between your entire group and get three-times the space and amenities for the price!
Another reason that Myrtle Beach has become a famous travel destination is
because of all of the wonderful, and delicious places to dine. Everything
from chain fast food restaurants, to tasty seafood
establishments and down-home southern cooking are offered
here. Steakhouses, and bar & grills are very popular, too. Most places are family-friendly, and the options are endless.
There are also many amusement parks and several shopping outlets. After your dinner and retail therapy, there is plenty of nightlife available to choose from: Dinner, comedy, musical shows are all over Myrtle Beach, and the dance
clubs stay hot all night.
Warm weather, beautiful beaches, many places to
stay, shop, eat,and just lay back, and chill out from the grind of life is
what I think keeps people coming back to Myrtle Beach,South Carolina
year after year. I know that's the reason I return! I don't think
you will regret a minute spent here!
