Like the rest of New York, Grand Central Station doesn’t let the holiday season go unnoticed. A brand-spanking new Kaleidoscope Light Show dances on the walls, pillars, and lofted ceilings in the station’s main concourse every day from 11a.m. until 9p.m. until the New Year. Admission is free, and shows run every half hour.
If you’re still looking for that one gift to please that special someone (or to keep you out of the doghouse for the next year at the very least), drop by Grand Central’s Holiday Gift Fair. Find jewelry, linens, clothing, African crafts, artwork and more among this unique amalgamation of 70 vendors that have set up camp in Vanderbilt Hall from now until Dec. 28.
