9 Ways to Find Trouble in Paradise

Who says spring break spots are just for students? Whether you're an undergradute or post grad looking to vacation in Jamaica, all you need is a taste for adventure and the desire to walk on the wild side.
  1. There are white sugar colored beaches, which I'm not sure you can eat. These beaches have clothing rules and some don't. But don't be caught with your pants down on the wrong beach, look at the posted rules! On the nude beaches people's privacy is keep in mind. Security is there to keep weird people from taking photos.
  2. If youre looking for non-traditional modes of transportation, ride a horse into the sea to a private beach,  to www.BracoStablesLtd.com.
  3. Try snorkeling off a boat that serves free drinks.
  4. While in the water in Ocho Rios, one could interact with dolphins, stingrays and sharks. Interacting may not mean petting the sharks or stingrays, so don't say I told you to pet sharks or stingrays.
  5. If you prefer rugged terrain adventures, ATV tours are the ticket. Kick up some dirt, dust or whatever else is around and blaze the Rose Hall trail, check out www.jamaica-irie.com.I'm unsure if an ATV will help escape Rose Hall plantation ghost. Rose Hall plantation is said to be haunted.
  6. If you want more thrills, there's the Aquasol Themepark. There you'll find go carts, amusement rides, food, bars, grills and a gift shop.
  7. Want more adventurous thrills? Go white water rafting! Who knows - you might raft by a rum factory.
  8. Speaking of drinks, you can easily bar hop. Start at a bar like Risky Business, move to hot reggae music and disc jockeys playing popular joints. Then wander over to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville for the occasional live music and their famous "Cheeseburger in paradise". Then there's the "Jungle" where the disco atmosphere blends with modern music. I'm talking about thumping music and rotating flashing lights.
  9. Afterwards, one could visit Rick's Cafe and rock to a reggae house band. Then you can make a grand exit, as there are cliffs outside the Cafe's back door, you can jump off. But probably better not to drink n' dive. All of the above clubs are located in Negril, Jamaica. It's a place founded by party people, after all.

If you're looking for a more mature, relaxing vacation in Jamaica, the smartest move you can make it to look for private beach house rentals, spacious resort villa or rent a condo by the beach. A quiet beach.
